What Is PolicyLens?
PolicyLens is an always-available tool for PWG clients to ask plain-English questions about their own life insurance policy and get answers grounded directly in that policy's actual language, not a generic explanation of how life insurance works in general. If a question needs real judgment, PolicyLens says so and hands it off to a licensed conversation rather than guessing.

Why this exists
Insurance policies are written in dense, legal language most people never fully read after the day they sign. Questions come up months or years later — what happens to my payout if I die outside the US, does this policy cover accidental death separately, what's my actual grace period — and digging through a policy document to find the answer is exactly the kind of friction most people just avoid.
How it works
A client asks a question the way they'd ask a person, and PolicyLens answers using their specific contract, citing the relevant section rather than giving a generic textbook answer. If a question needs real judgment — something that isn't a matter of reading the policy correctly — PolicyLens says so and hands it off to a real conversation, rather than guessing.
Who it's for: PolicyLens is set up per client, tied to their specific policy, once they're working with PWG — it's not a generic public tool, because it's only useful when it's grounded in your actual contract.
